Today the House Energy and Commerc Committee [corrected committee 4-28-14 7:55 CDT] published the witness
testimony for tomorrow’s hearing on the draft Chemicals in Commerce act.
There is also a new witness added since I did my weekly Congressional Hearing
post on Saturday; James Jones, Assistant Administrator, Office of Chemical
Safety and Pollution Prevention, US EPA.
I probably will not have a chance to review the testimony or
the revised bill before the weekend; happy reading.
